This program is designed as a daily educational, vocational and social day program for people with epilepsy and/or developmental disabilities. There are opportunities to develop horticultural, social and animal care skills as well as the chance to enjoy recreational activities and also occasional piece work jobs such as folding, stuffing envelopes or labeling newsletters.
When appropriate, some of the individuals volunteer and/or work in the community at various jobs. The smallness of the program, along with a low client-to-staff ratio ensures that individual needs are met with creative and unique programming.
The program takes place on a Monday through Friday basis at two locations in Clermont County. The program is staffed with Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professionals, Direct Care Staff and a Program Manager.
