The Epilepsy Alliance Ohio serves:
- 64 counties in Ohio: Adams, Allen, Athens, Auglaize, Belmont, Brown, Butler, Carrol, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Columbiana, Coshocton, Crawford, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Galia, Greene, Guernsey, Hamilton, Hardin, Harrison, Highland, Hocking, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Knox, Lawrence, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mahoning, Marion, Meigs, Mercer, Miami, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Morrow, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Portage, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Seneca, Shelby,Tuscarawas, Union, Vanwert, Vinton, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wyandot;
- 10 in Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Fayette, Grant, Kenton, Carroll, Bourbon, Scott, Franklin.
- 2 counties in Indiana: Dearborn and Ohio.
According to the 2018 Census Bureau Report, there is a total population of 11.69 Million people living in the total area that we serve. Since 1-2% of the population have epilepsy, statistically, there are anywhere from 116,900 to 233,800 people with epilepsy living in our service area.
The staff and volunteers of the Epilepsy Alliance Ohio work tirelessly to see that all of these individuals are served and that not another moment is lost to seizures.
